Withdrawal

10.2 The right of withdrawal according to the previous point can also be exercised before receiving the product(s). You exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline if you send your withdrawal statement before the deadline indicated above.

10.3 You, as a consumer, can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out the sample withdrawal statement on the yatasbedding.com/hu-HU website and by any other clear statement to that effect. You are responsible for proving that you have exercised your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set out in this section.

10.4 If you, as a consumer, withdraw from the contract with Gálabau Kft. in accordance with the provisions of the previous point, Gálabau Kft. will refund the entire amount paid by you as compensation, including the costs incurred in connection with the performance, no later than fourteen days from the receipt of your declaration of withdrawal. , for example the cost of transport. If you have specifically chosen a mode of transport other than the least expensive usual mode of transport, Gálabau Kft. is not obliged to refund the resulting additional costs.

10.5 Gálabau Kft. will refund the amount due to you, as a consumer, in the same way as the payment method you used, in case of cancellation in accordance with the above. Based on your express consent, Gálabau Kft. may use another payment method for the refund, but you may not be charged any additional fees as a result. If you purchased the product(s) affected by the cancellation by cash on delivery, you expressly agree that Gálabau Kft. will reimburse you the amount refunded in one of the following ways:

10.7 You bear the direct cost of returning the product.

10.9 The buyer is responsible for any depreciation that occurs due to use exceeding the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product, which Gálabau Kft. is entitled to deduct from the purchase price.

10.10 You may not exercise your right of withdrawal with respect to a product in closed packaging that cannot be returned after opening after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
