Come to Yatas Bedding's World Sleep Day event on March 14th, where we will tell you what you need to do to have a peaceful and relaxing sleep from now on! With the help of a sleep expert, you can more easily find the path to good sleep and then enjoy its beneficial effects in your everyday life.

The main message of World Sleep Day: sleeping well is half of health!

World Sleep Day was first organized by an American organization, the World Sleep Society, in 2008. Since then, every year in more than 88 countries, attention has been drawn to the importance of sleep as a key factor determining the quality of life - on the Friday before the spring equinox.

On this day, doctors, researchers, healers and civil organizations point out that insomnia is a common disease, and its prevention and treatment are worth taking seriously. Experts believe that humanity is sleeping worse and worse, and changing this is a common task. They believe that if we pay attention to quality sleep, we have already done a lot for our health.

Sleep disorders can cause countless problems: they disrupt our rhythm of life, the harmony of our body and soul, and they threaten our health. Humanity is sleeping less and less and worse due to a stressful lifestyle, and sleep disorders and sleep diseases are much more common today, and it is a global phenomenon. Sleep is therefore vital, and if its quality and quantity are not adequate, it affects our everyday lives and has a negative impact on our lives.
